Downloading iscan plugins for some Epson scanners

If you have an Epson scanner that needs a plugin library from Epson to work with VueScan, you can download this plugin here.

Epson used to use the “iscan plugins” with this type of Epson scanner, but then they switched to using the “Image Scan” plugins, which are completely different.

VueScan needs the “iscan plugin” for this type of scanner. You can download it for your model of scanner below.

In case you get errors about libsane missing, try this:

https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/amd64/libsane/download

Then install iscan and plugin. For instance ./install.sh found in epson download iscan-gt-x820-bundle-2.30.4.x64.deb
