VueScan works with the Microtek ScanMaker 6100 on Windows and Mac OS X. You need to install a Microtek WIA scanner driver to use this scanner on Windows. You need to install a Microtek Image Capture scanner driver to use this scanner on Mac OS X. Note that the transparency adapter won't work on Windows because VueScan uses the WIA interface with this scanner and WIA doesn't support transparency adapters.
